I have reported these people to Scamwatch and the NSW Police. Yes, the calls are constant and harassing. Please report this number to Scamwatch.

Calls day and night, most times doesn't speak. Spoke today something to do with power? Block, somebody should stop them harassing people.

Called about Electricity changing

keeps calling back in different numbers.... same thing something about power. very annoying

Caller never responds to my answering but a call back is to an automated service saying that the number is not connected and I should check the number and call again.

I believe that this is a gross misuse of a carriage service and that ACMA needs to investigate the issuance of a licence to a carrier that permits this to happen or the carrier should be more aware that scammers(?) may be using the allocated number irresponsibly.

Either way I won't ever be buying anything the caller offers (if they ever respond to my answering the call in the first place).

Call said it was from Mount Wilson in NSW. - Cold call marketing crap, typical 5 second delay after answering before they talk.

I’ve had about 12 calls to my silent home number saying they are from my energy company and when I questioned them on how they got my silent number and tell me what company I am with they hung up rang the number back and it’s disconnected

I was rung up by a male with an Indian accent, and I told him that under NSW legislation he could legally be killed. I had to repeat it several times before it seemed to sink in, and then he said that it was Christmas in a pleading tone. Idiot. Christmas is the best time for this sort of thing - the weather is hot so under the bike helmet legislation (which is what I was referring to) him or any other person riding a bicycle can legally be killed by being forced by law to wear a foam helmet which can cause their head to overheat so seriously that they die. According to the police this is perfectly legal and perfectly safe, so how can it be a problem?
