I was quite surprised at the lack of service when I came to the store today. I wanted to find out if my chlorinator was working or not. I was politely told that this product is no longer available & they could not check it out until next week as they were busy with a customers spa & had a meeting tomorrow. I purchased my product initially from this store & buy my chlorine & salt plus other chemicals. But due to this lack on interest I wrung.. a new store in Jamestown that is just opening & purchase a new Zodiac Chlorinator similar to what I had originally. LM 3.24 which is available on the market. U just lost a customer. Hope this is not normal .
