I received a missed call from this nbr, and called back. Mr Francis was puzzled, as they only use their landline to receive calls, and no calls had been made from the nbr for weeks.
Coincidentally, or not, I'd received this call only a couple of hours after receiving an unsolicitored sms from Craig Kelly (UAP) which has no ph nbr or option to reply, nor an 'Opt Out' option ie send STOP.
Over the last 24 hours many have advised they've been receiving the same sms, and some are able to reply, some not.
Majority also reported a surge in 'prank' calls in the hours following the sms.
