Scam caller. Initially a robot speaks to you, advises you have a tax violation and then connects you to a call centre. The call centre asks for your name and tfn. Don’t give it to them. They will get scared and hang up. The ato should shut his place down.

Please beware and report to the authorities. They are similar to IRS scammers in USA (google it if you wanna know more)
These scum bags are now trying to rob aussies. Be smart and ask them question about your TFN and how do you paid the tax this year anything which you believe the scammers wouldn't have and remember ATO don't call like this

A rep from the ATO, from an indian call centre, advising that they can represent me in court because I have been charged with fraud. Then they just hung up.
