Caller: Someone offering free hot water services

Some one pretending to be calling from the government offering new hot water services

Unsolicited call and keeps on calling.
I've blocked this number as I suspect it's spam, or a scam, or a spoofed number. Bloody annoying.

Repeatedly Calling from Katoomba. 3x today.

delayed response then in an indian accent "this is henry, just letting you know the state government is providing home owners with a free hot water ....."

Possible spam caller

Potential scam. I didn't pick up. Just putting a note here since real phone numbers won't go and call a bunch of strangers.
