Caller: Energy Lead Generator

Nice, well spoken lady probably on a decent local wage offering to compare my energy rates. Looked to be working from a recent list, as the my name matched and a suburb I used for billing and mail was recorded against me. Not where I live, of course (different state),and not where my power bill is for (different again). I was clear enough that it was not worth our time sharpening our pencils in a regulated market where 80% or more of my bill is the connection. It would take them over 5 years to break even on signing me, and my guess is they only get paid for the trailing year. My guess is they would save me less than $10, which I would gladly pay not to be called. She was nice though.
