Keeps sending me product and billing my account Be very carefully

stop sending me products that I have not ordered, have now been charged 4 times for a one off promotional product.
the initial cost was $8.43 and have now been charged $150.14, and twice $158.57.
Completely unacceptable.

The company involved in Australia is Streamline Health. The phone number quoted at the top here is an incorrect number and the woman who answered it told me she gets many calls complaining. The correct number (02) 8776 3353 took me to a call center in the Philippines where a polite person listened and explained that unsolicited deliveries came because we failed to cancel within 10 days of the trial. The charges appeared on our card as Honest Charge not Streamline or Oil of Argan. She told me the order was now cancelled and that our credit card details would not be retained.

I, too, have had product posted to me which I didn't order and being billed on my card. Card has been c Bank is going to dispute the transactions as there were four amounts deducted and only 1 unordered parcel of 2 products received..

Just received a parcel I didn’t order invoice sent and charged but have lodge a dispute through my card supplier was also charged 604$ On my account turned out to be for computer supplies? This company is shonky would never have anything to do with argon oil

This company is dishonest and cannot be trusted. They are doing false advertising, and grossly over-charging people! They keep sending product, and billing my account although I just wanted the one off free product and not a subscription. I have not used the products, and requested a refund but have not received a reply, and have been billed again.

I have the same problem, just keep getting boxes of the same stuff,and money coming out of my bank, I ring the number but it rings for a few mins and then switched off.

Keep having money deducted out of my bank account, without my authorisation. Trial cost for Argan Oil was postage only, of approximately $8.95. I have now been hit up for nearly $500, with only one face cream arriving. THIS IS FRAUD!!!!!! I have given the company 5 days to respond to a refund. After that, I'll happily sue the company and have them pay for Court costs.

Do not send me any more products or take money out of my account. I have not ordered this and do not want it. I will be closing all accounts as soon as I can.

You probably worked it out by now but they show up on the card as Honest Charge and its a foreign transaction

I have also received junk make up from these people that I never ordered, to the sum of about $700. The only way you can stop them is to cancel your card, I have been to my bank and done that the week or 10 days I will be without a card is well worth the effort. These people are bloody robbers, and should be stopped.

Very clever company. Had my card destroyed and getting a new card. They are good at putting conditions in fine print. Never press next. That’s how they get you.

Can anyone tell me the name that appears on the credit card?They keep sending me samples but I can’t find any charges on my account.
