I actually answered the phone call at first and they asked me if a name i use online was there and i got shy and confused and hung up and it wont let me call them back or text them, but i
Knowing they both had my phone number and called me by that online name suggests they might have been someone from an organisation i signed a petition of or something since i some of those ask you to provide your phone number. Did others who were called by this number input their phone number online somewhere?
