Wanted me to check my internet speed as all my area was (apparently?)getting upgraded?..yeah,right,what a load. I said I couldn't check,she asked why, "cos I'm on the phone to you!She hung up,but I wasted some of her time anyways!

From NBN re slow internet speed. Long delay in speaking and a lot of noise in background. Had several more calls from “Alex” NBN on other 02 numbers. A waste of space.

Have had five scammers and one research call today. Had to let them ring out as my blocked callers list is full. Busy night tonight making more room to block new pests!

They call. You answer. They hang up

NBN Scam Call.

Waste their time and give them bogus information.

The whole purpose of this is to get you to goto a website they give you. It installs a virus. They then have access to your computer and steal your password including internet banking. They will then drain your bank account.

DONT EVER USE THE LINKS THEY GIVE YOU ON ANY DEVICE.

Called twice within 2 hours, didn't leave a message, either time, likely wanted to check my NBN speed. Just called me for the third time in 3 hours. Make that 4 times in less than 5 hours. It must be urgent but not so urgent they have to leave a message.
This brings me to another interesting point. My Uniden portable phone, in fact most portable phones, only records the last call from a given number, so if I had been out I would not have known about the other calls. I have an old wall mounted Called Number Display unit which records all calls, so I could see the history.

they called i did not know the number they did not leave a message so screw them

rings constantly but leaves no message i do not answer number i do not know .......... they are soooo annoying .....................get lost !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
