PLEASE READ: SCAMMING
We are very upset and disappointed that scammers are taking advantage of ProjectKindness. We have had several calls, messages and emails advising that people are receiving up to several calls a day from different numbers requesting money on ProjectKindness’ behalf.
ProjectKindness has never and does not call people asking for money.
We have been advised that the people requesting money are claiming they are from a charity with a similar name (which is not based in New South Wales). These calls have been reported to SCAMWATCH and NSW Police. We apologise to everyone who has been receiving these calls. Sadly, we have received calls and messages from people (who have received the scam calls) which have been very threatening, cruel, and unkind. We are very appreciative to those who understand the way of the world nowadays with the heightened number of scams which are around. Thank you for your on-going support. Kindness always goes a long way. Team ProjectKindness (posted on 13 July, 2023)

These rabid lowlifes who refused to give up and forced me to block all calls from 02 numbers are continuing the daily harassment, or attempts at harassment, by using yet another new number. The "Kindness Project" are relentless, sub-human scammers. Please do not answer calls from them, or call back. Block the number if they keep calling, and report them to Scamwatch as a fake charity.

It never stops once they get hold of your number - even if the number has been blocked for weeks. This is the latest number these scammers are using to hound victims daily, at all hours of the day. Please never answer calls from scammers, or call back either. This plague is a nightmare, and people are probably being scammers by these lowlifes.

This just can't be the Kindness Project scammer again, using yet another number! These are utterly relentless, mindless harassers that forced me months ago to block all calls from (02) numbers. No sooner had I blocked one number than they called again, pretty much daily, using a slightly different one starting with (02) 5133. I might never answer but that wasn't going to deter them. Now it's an attempted call from yet another number that they appear to be using. Please don't ever answer calls from these lowlifes, or call back. Block the numbers and report the calls to Scamwatch as calls from a fake charity. There must be some way to put a stop to it.

Caller: Kindness Project Phone only rang a couple of times. When I called back it was a recorded message stating it was the Kindness Project. So this is an unsolicited call from a charity. But I have recently heard that it could also be a scam. I have had other calls from different numbers (mobile and 03 area code) and when I have called back it has been the same recorded message.
