Something about me amazon account being cut. Told them I don't have an amazon account and the caller just hung up.

Arecorded message asked me to press a number to be connected, I spoke with Zac he told me my NBN was going to be disconnected, I said thank you very much and hung up

Caller: BNB and Amazon It once said I would be charged for Amazon subscription (which I do not have). Other times, it said I would lose my NBN connection.
