Claiming to be with our bank - yet didn’t know how to spell my name. A dead giveaway that she was not really from our bank. The bank is or should be 100% aware of my name and my identity in the ordinary course of their own business. I believe could be a scammer or phishing for information - they know me and have had several face to face meetings with me do their is no chance of any sort of confusion.
