Pretending to be a Visa / Mastercard department of “your bank” - claiming that there is a fraud transaction. It’s a scam

hangs up a second or two after I pick up. I always wait 3 seconds before I say anything to see if it's an overseas call centre, and robodiallers also seem to get foiled and hang up.

Caller claimed to be from Visa regarding a transaction on my card. It was clearly a scam call. Have reported the call & phone number to my banks security division.
