Caller: Redman Fire

I am a venue manager of a licenced venue and the continue to call and harass me over fire protection services and updates to the fire safety legislation. I told them i am not interested and we already have a fire service provider. Stop calling, i even sent a brutal email back to them saying i was not interested....yet they keep calling. They will never ever get my business.

Caller: REDMAN FIRE

REDMAN FIRE - looking to speak to Michael. I said 'No Michael here, you have the wrong number'.
She said, 'Is this (insert company name - that she could not pronounce)'.
I said 'Yes'.
She then said "I was told Michael was the best person to speak to regarding your (inaudible)' .
I said 'Our what?'.
She proceeded to ask for the business owner and would not tell me what they wanted.
I finally managed to ascertain that she was a company trying to sell me fire products to suit some government legislation.
I said 'We are not interested. We already have someone in that field and we're happy with their services'.

Did not speak very good English. Did not accept no for an answer.

Caller: Redman Fire

Asked to speak to Greg our manager, told her we have never had a manager here called Greg. Then asked to speak to manager, advised it was me. Asked name.... gave her a fake name as I always do just to see how many calls I get asking for that name. English was not good. Just kept talking over me. Said they were based in Kogarah. Had our email address and was going to email me the information about the update in Fire SAfety rules recently put out by the government
