Claimed to be Telstra Technical with some upgrade package involving a "7th generation modem" because copper wires were going to be replaced. Wanted to make an appointment to come to the house and then would send a package containing the new modem.
Caller had a foreign accent (I don't mind that) that was difficult to hear what he was saying. I felt it was a scam and we terminated the call
