Very clearly a scam call. I didn’t pick up- went to voicemail and left an automated message on loop offering to press different numbers for different languages. But the message was “Hello, epidemic emergency notice”

I suspect that an e-commerce app leaked my information. To prove my suspicion, I activated a new phone number and registered only with that e-commerce app. Within less than a week, I started receiving a large number of scam calls. This confirmed my suspicion - TEMU sold my personal info to telecom scammers.

Call saying from immigration services, press 1 for English, 2 for Chinese. I hung up and called the number back. Got put in queue for Technology Services Company. Sounds like AI voice.

Definitely a scam call. I did not pick up and it went to voicemail. When I listen to the voicemail it start with a Chinese msg followed by English that my Vodafone number is about to be shut down!
