The caller said that he was from the Telstra security service and would need to connect us to the NBN from my computer. They were having problems connecting us because it was infected. We were in the process of having the NBN installed. It sounded like a call centre. A woman made the call and passed me to the so called technician. He wanted to check my emails, bank accountetc for hackers.
