Caller: Said was phone company in Sydney but phone said number was Newcastle Said my number had been chosen to get a new smartphone for 50% off. The phone is a X95 for $399. I could pay it off over time (as I said I couldn’t afford it). He then passed me to his manager. When i asked for a number to call back as i had to speak to my partner before committing he hung up on me……
