Just received a phone call from male person on this number, very strong accent and hard to understand. Said he was calling about solar rebate. Knew my name and address. Told him I couldn't understand him and he passed me to a female also with an accent but not as strong. I told her we are on Do not call register and I am over receiving these calls. She said sorry and I told her I was reporting the call to which she replied "I don't care!"

We are on the Do not call register and I am tired of these type of people tying up my phone when there are important things happening
