Female robo-caller said 'Dear User, You have an important emergency notification'. Terminated call and blocked number.

Scam call, said that I had important documents that were required, press 1 for English or 2 for Chinese. The voice mail actually said "Yeehaw"

scam call in chinese with menu options. Have received many from these people different number each time

Samsung phone says Potential Fraud. Have blocked the number before. It goes to message bank, when you check it has all these options to hear the message in another language.DO NOT ANSWER. BLOCK THIS NUMBER
