Didn't answer the call. Called the no. back and heard bot saying it's diamond plaza, putting me in a queue for customer service with nice background music going. This no. has to be scam.

Caller: I don't know but my phone said the call was from Kiama

Recorded message said that I had missed an important government communication and then gave the option of listening in English or Chinese.
