I received a phone call from a woman, claiming to be from the Victorian Government's Green Energy program, asking me what type of hot water heater I have in my home. I told her that I had already received a similar call only a few days ago, and I was not interested, she then informed me that she would remove my phone number from their database.

Unknown caller, started voicemail msg but stayed silent. Probably a spammer.

The caller was from Green Energy business calling about the solar heat pump hot water system. For the is system to work the heat pump unit needs to face North. If your roof is facing East / West the heat pump will only receive half day of effective sunlight instead of the 8 to 9 hours the system needs to heat water during winter. So, this system works best when the position of your existing hot water system allows access to a north facing section of the roof.

Had a call from a woman claiming to be from the Victorian Govt's Green Energy program. She called on a NSW number which I pointed out to her as being odd given she was claiming to represent the Victorian Government. She got annoyed so I hung up. Definitely a scam. Had an Indian accent and spoke really fast.
