One of those robo callers that will hang up in 2 or 3 seconds if you don't say anything when you answer (my usual tactic for strange numbers).
If it's the Wine Selectors like other places have claimed then you'll probably get a jovial guy immediately talking about wine and wanting to send you a case of a specific wine "because that's the kind of wine you like" - ask them how they know that and they'll be a little bit at a loss (I'm not a wine drinker).
