As soon as I answered they hung up... I assume some sort of scam

Rang my business number and didn't leave a message. I rang back thinking it make be a customer. They didn't tell me their company name but claimed to be replacing lights with some government program that's going on at the moment and did I have any lights that needed replacing. That's all they got tell me. I hung up. Definitely think this one is a scam. Didn't feel right and going by the phone call my gut feeling was enough. Phone number blocked.
