He abruptly asked who I was and demanded to speak to the owner, then proceeded to make unreasonable claims.

I answered the call (we are retail store) and then there was just silence.... so I hung up, googled the number, couldn't find it so I thought I'd call them back... The Indian guy didn't answer with a business name, he just said is 'our business name' and then he said we had qualified for an unsecured business loan. Oh yeah, no worries we'll do that... hahahah not!
