Is you get this call it is likely a scam, my phone has put this number under “warning: suspicious calling patterns”. My voice mail message is trying to tell $1800 dollars is trying to be taken from my debit card. They are saying they are from commonwealth bank but the voice is robotic and not an actual humans voice. So PLEASE check the number before trying to call back. This number is stated to be from Maitland, New South Wales.

Caller: Claimed to be from Optus

Claimed to be from Optus conducting annual customer service check in. Asked how my internet service was which is not through Optus and they said they meant my 5g wifi. The told me they were upgrading systems for a better customer experience and needed to confirm some details to assist them in transferring across the systems. I politely told them to go away and hung up. When I did I message with a one time code from Optus, so best I can tell is they have my mobile, email and name and were trying to log into my account and convince me that they had sent the code so they could access my account. Pretty clever.
Confirmed with Optus it was not legit and they reported it.

Scam caller about insurance

Calls and doesn't leave a message. I DON'T KNOW YOU, AM NEITHER ANSWERING NOR CALLING BACK. Scammer for sure looking at other comments about the number. BLOCKED AND REPORTED.

Voice sounded robotic talking about Telstra moving from private to public and when I said I’m not interested they responded with “sure, bye” in a very robotic voice. Do not trust this number!

I then called the number back and it is answered as China Tipping Insurance
