Number came up on my phone as “warning: suspicious caller” I called the number back and the message said “thank you for calling China Tipping Insurance, please stay on the line and one of our service representatives will be with you shortly”
Needless to say I blocked the number

Calling me several times a day I answered once and they said they were looking into a security breech, and I hung up . My phone had the number as suspected spam call .

A lady, (she said she is), from Mastercard and Visa security called and said that I purchased a Bitcoin account amounting to $900. I hang up, surely it's a scam. No transactions were made from my end.

Popped up on my mobile phone as a missed call. Instead of showing as "Anonymous" or something similar it read "Warning: Suspicious Calling Pattern" instead. Very interesting. Seems like Telstra is actively tracking this one and warning people. I immediately blocked the number.

Said they were from PayPal about a recent $700 transaction. I told her I don’t use PayPal and assumed it was a scam phone call. She hung up.

Call received from this number, it was flagged as Warning: Suspicious calling pattern. I answered ready to have fun leading the caller on. Sadly they decided not to talk to me.

Said he was from Paypal and there was some issue with my account. Don't have an account with them. Sounded like the call came from the same dodgy overseas call centre that so many of these supposed bank, mobile, insurance, solar etc calls are coming from.

Man stated he was from commonwealth bank, noting an authorises usa transaction had been made from my account. Concern, he knew my name and stated 4 digits of a card. He insisted he was from commonwealth bank when I said I'd contact bank myself.

Yeah this is a scam. Says it’s from Maitland (sure). When you dial it says “thank you for calling China Taiping Insurance” on a loop.
