Missed the call, called back, got a message saying thankyou for calling China Tipping Insurance?

Person pretending to be from "The National Bank" and there were suspicious transactions on my Mastercard.

I got a phone call from that number through Telstra with 'Warning: 'suspicious calling pattern'.

Recorded message pretending to be from the Commonwealth Bank regarding a transaction of $1800 from Debit Card. Asks to make a selection to confirm or decline

I didn't accept the number. I did call it and unlike most numbers it is an active number with a recorded message stating that it is an insurance company. This was an unsolicited call. Don't answer
