Same as anonymous (July17) that I was on chat line for a while. I had ordered minimum three bottles for price of one, so as not to outlay something unknown. When the invoice came through it was five bottles for about $330. I immediately went to chat, and objected. They said they would send me five bottles at 50% off. The product did arrive. I have been taking them for over a week, with NO results. There was another link to "Belly Balance" who said they didn't sell gummies, only capsules. Same name, same address - Premium Supplements, Keppera, [spelt wrong - Keperra] QLD 4054. I would say at this point Company is suspect.

I placed an order with Farmland Supplements for Smart Hemp Gummies recommended by Dr Nick Coatsworth for Dementia on the 9th July '24 and allegedly lodged at Greenslopes, Qld on the same day. Even have a tracking number for Australia Post - same information - it hasn't been updated at all since then. I have sent an email to Farmland Supplements - no response. On checking my order confirmation, at the bottom of the page it says: Any questions it says click here for live chat or call .......... which is MY mobile number. Extremely suspicious. I have done a bit more googling and found a disclaimer from Dr Nick Coatsworth declaring that it was a scam and he does not endorse this product. Another post remarks that they actually come from the USA and take about 3 weeks to arrive. I don't know if I shall receive my order or not, and if not whether I shall reeive a refund. I haven't contacted them for a live chat.

Caller: Farmland Coomera Support - I called them… I’ve had a very similar experience as this poor customer, ordering 3 bottles of a product for a discount price of $67ea with a bonus of 2 extra for free. Should have been charge $203, over charged at $339 after providing credit card details - then, after emailing them using the support@farmland email (no response) re the overcharge - was shocked to discover just weeks later I was charged the same amount again, that I never ordered or wanted. Before receiving the 2nd batch (presumably a fake or poor quality product they have in abundance or mass produced, likely not to be what they represent - given they strategically sell & charge for more than customers want, I couldn’t believe the rep at their support center (who sounded legitimate; albeit likely a polite desk worker soubded like someone working remotely in the Filippine’s) tried to sell me batch #2 for half price - even though I never did want it & was overcharged by $139 the first time!!

Caller: no call I fell into the same trap as Chris Janssens and others but I ordered from the official Forever Hemp Gummies website so it's a mystery why my bill was coming from Farmland Supplements. How did they get my information? I intend to go to Fair Trade Australia to look into the doings of this company. It's been wasted money and am sure the product is useless.

I ordered from them - they are known ad Farmland Supplements. I returned my order as they sent me 5 bottles instead of 1. I returned the product of 5 x bottles, unopened and in perfect condition. They keep telling my they are having IT issues and can't return my money. $339.57. I am so angry. I will keep calling them and will report them to police..
