Left message, a recorded voice. chopped at the beginning, saying something like “..29 cents will be deducted from your account. If you don’t want this press 1, or press xx for operator”.
Block. Even if it’s something of government, I do not consent to such notice with recorded message. Too rude.

Left a VM that an amount (not clear) will be debited from my account, and to cancel, to press 1. Sounded suspicious so ignored and deleted
