Scam claiming to be from email. Recorded message asking if I wanted to cancel the supposed transaction

Caller: Unknown Called by a poor quality computer voice alerting me to an alleged purchase which I needed to contact them if I wanted to cancel…. It was interesting that the numbers they are using slightly resemble mobile numbers at a quick glance…maybe an attempt at establishing credibility. Reeks of scam, if we give details of crap like this to our legit card providers, it might help general education of these unmentionables that I wish to meet face to face. Research purposes only….

Had 2 scam calls which went to voicemail and left a message with an automated voice recording about $299 owing and to press 1 to cancel etc.
