Voice called then texted "$9.99 will be debited from my account or press 1... etc". Never identified themselves or what account they were referring to.

Partial automated message left on voicemail advising $299.99 and the same amount would be deducted automatically from your account. If you want to cancel this, press 1, if you want to claim a refund press 2, or to talk to our representative press 9.
