Did not answer as my mobile said "potential fraudster". A message was left on my messagebank saying something about money being debited and to press numbers for different options. Blocked the number

Recorded message from E-bay saying $299.99 will be dec-ducted from my Account, press 1 to accept, 2 to decline , 9 to speak to an opperator. Call then dropped.
