I dont answer numbers I dont know. (thats because the elected sheltered workshops are useless) The message was a payment was being deducted without a call back. Called and it was answered by Paypal who has no local complaints department, and was asked my details and I said no I dont think so. Advise to anyone, dont even deal with legitimate companies that can only have legal action against them in another country. Who gives these people phone accounts. NOT Telecom that wonderful pre-Howard dinosaur.
