Caller: Rick from "Avaia"

Constantly calls our business every few months. Says he's spoken to a particular person at our business and that he was "asked" to call them back. Untrue. The person they are seeking has never spoken to them a day in their life. Never leaves a message when prompted. Always says he will call back and of course never forgets to do so like clockwork. Nuisance call. Just wanting your business and does not understand the term NOT INTERESTED.

Same here, they keep calling even after I've requested no further calls on numerous occasions.

He has rung several times in the past and always states he spoke to the CEO some time back who suggested he call me. He appears to be cold calling to sell phone handsets.

"I have dealt with your company before, and I was asked to contact the IT Manager"
Would not leave a message, I am the IT Manager, I have never spoken to them, and I definitely did not ask them to speak to me. Told them to call back at lunchtime, depending on how my day goes I may let them have both barrels...

Caller: Nuisance and unwanted call

Some bloke called pressing to speak with someone in I.T. regarding our telco and computer systems. Told him no.

Caller: Avaya

A guy by the name of Rick who says he is ringing from "Avaya". He has rung us a number of times in the past trying to offer IT Services. Today he asked to speak to our IT person stating he has spoken to our Director in the past wanting to organise a meeting in regards to an IT Project. We have explained to him that we are a kind of business that doesn't require his services at this point of time or never. Thats when his attitude turned sour.....

Hopefully he doesn't ring again and forget that we have already told him that we are not interested.
