They are patronising. They gave a really vague description of who they were and put their aim was. I said politely "I don't think I'd be interested in what you're offering" - and in a mocking reflective tone the rep said "I don't think you're old enough to qualify." I'm actually 28, going on 29, but have a young-sounding voice. f*ck that bitch.
