Have not answered, but not doing business with anyone in Newcastle, nor currently having any services with Telstra, having them call twice in as many days indicates they may not be legitimate, confirmed by previous comments here.

Absolute pests - call multiple times, never leave a message. Say that they spoke to you last year in relation to Telstra lines. They keep pushing this message even though have no relationship with this business.
