Caller: Said paypal calling Said there was a request for payment $299. I have no purchases so clearly a scam!

This number rang and left message “And 39 cents percent will be debited from the account automatically. If you cancel the order if you can press one or call back on this number.”
MUst be a scam as I don’t who they are.

I didn’t answer, my voice to text recorded: “Dollars and 39 cents. The same will be debited from the account automatically. If you cancel the order if you can press one or call back on this number."
