Message said they will deduct $299 from my account

Scam robocall - message left about my order for $299 Amazon gift card; press 1 to cancel & claim a refund, press 2 something, to talk to a representative press 9

Recorded message advising that some some parcel from Amazon is being processed and that my account is being billed $299 and if I want to cancel transaction to press 1.
