Caller: "Electricity company"

I received several calls from this number today, I never answered, they didn't leave a message. I finally decided to answer just now, it was a foreign sounding call centre, said he wanted to talk to me about the electricity bill I'm currently paying. I literally don't have an electricity account in my name. I asked him to please remove my number from their database and that I didn't want to hear from them again. He was nice enough and agreed to do so.
