4039 8573 is a Spoofed Caller ID used by scammers who will manipulate the number so that the call appears to be coming from a local or well-known phone number, making it more likely to be trusted or answered.

Caller: Scammer It was a Newcastle number but a spoof call, claiming to be a solar panel company, installing 2 solar panels? Very hard to understand Either wrong number, or a scam as I have never requested solar panels
