called and tried talking to me about tax cuts, unsure if legitimate. Would not let me tell them to call back later as I was at work so had to speak over the top of them, havent had a call back since

They just hang up once you say hello. I called back and VM states all operators are busy and will call back shortly.

Called back and doesn't say who they are just all operators busy and will call back shortly. Unfortunately, I didn't call from my mobile so they won't have a number.
