also received call from this number - went through to voice mail Recorded message about problems with a visa and gave instructions for getting information in Chinese or English About the 20th call our family have got from various 'numbers', all with the same message.

Call to my mobile identified as being from Nelson Bay in NSW. Made reference to important documents and that information was available in English or Chinese.
