I have the same message this morning, and they wanted me to call number listed.. DON'T FALL INTO IT.. WHAT A SCAM!!!!

This is a scam!

Why are the telecommunications companies allowing these scammers to send to all and sundry...

I've placed no such order!!!

I had exactly the same message from 0421 704 546 and called the number - claimed they were from Amazon, and would cancel this payment. Then asked for another credit card in case the payment did come out so they could refund....

Unsolicited msg re Mac computer order same as others above.

Same text from 0434 217 839 saying I successfully placed an order for $2,199.95 Cannon camera. Call TFN: (02) 4017 0252 if any query.

Scam. Uses number 0402 683 927 for sending text message of similar:
Your Order Successfully Placed, AMZ#109-3JV1517 Amt. $2199.95 against Canon E0S R6 HD Camera on 2021-05-19, Call TFN: (02) 4017 0252 if any query, Thank you
This is scam and ignore. Dont call any numbers. Just block. Enjoy your day :)

It is a scam. I would certainly not ring the number and will block the sender.
