Scam visa issues targeting Chinese, when I pressed option 1 for english it was answered immediately with hello.I said that this was for an English selection and the call was ended without comment by the respondent

This number rang and when I answered a recorded message played saying a parcel couldn't be dropped off. It offered more info if I "press 1" ; also it offered the same info in Chinese.
