claimed from (redacted incase using mutiple) phone company stated my ip was sending lots of anomolies out. when asked to repeat it changes to viruses. i replied non commitedly. and they said well they have to fix it. i said not my problem. they hung up. now blocked and reported

clearly an attempt to gain remote access to computer or modem. this problem would identified at the server / company side and fixed at there end without involvement from client please dont fall for these attempts. if you think something wrong with your internet company your provides support using there websites instr5uctions
