This call was apparently from Service NSW Customer Resolutions as I had submitted a complaint a couple days earlier and they had full context about my complaint which either means they're actually from Service NSW or NSW government had a major security breach in last couple of days. I'll check with 137788 soon to triple-check if it was legit.
