Caller: Someone claiming to be from Telstra They tell me my internet speed has been dropping in recent days and they are going to rectify the problem at no cost to me. But I haven't had any issues with my speed, and I have several devices online during the day thanks to me being online a lot (researcher), and my grandkids on their iPads and phones, and one of them streaming movies on the smart tv, etc. So...? What speed problem. When I pushed back, he hung up.
