When you pick up the call, you get a pre-recorded message in mandarin. If you don't say anything (I didn't because I was suspicious as to the nature of the call), they hang up on you after a minute. Unfortunately my grasp of mandarin is very rudimentary, so I didn't really catch what the message was about.
