Just one of those idiots who try and get into your computer and look at you stuff and also want an immediate payment to put softwear to stop the fault. He was quite aggressive called about 5 times each time I hung up on him. Told him the first tome he was lying and to cut me off and I will ring the Faults section back and get them to put me back on line.
